will my plant look exactly like the photo?

We carefully select every succulent and plant variety according to their suitability and quality at the time each order is received and as such the plant arrangements are unique so they may look slightly different in colour and shape to the photo.

What should I do when I receive my plant gift?

Remove your plant from the box as soon as possible after it arrives and choose where your plant will live using the care instructions as a guide.

Each plant gift is suplied with a plant care card specific to the plant variety and species you have received.

how will my gift be packaged?

Our classic, year round plant gift range is packaged in our signature white gift boxes topped off with black & white stripe gros grain ribbon and finished off with a sprig of foliage tucked in the bow. Inside the box, plants and gifts are nestled in tissue paper and sealed with a sticker, together with a complimentary hand written message and plant care instructions.

Our seasonal and special event range of gifts are packaged and presented in boxes and ribbon selected and styled specifically for the occasion and will be pictured as such.

Can I order bulk quantities for a special event?

We love partnering with clients to create completely bespoke gifts for weddings, corporate, real estate and many other occasions to create the perfect custom gifts. Contact us at hello@succulento.com.au to discuss your specific requirements.

do you deliver on weekends?

We do not offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays with the exception of Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and other special and seasonal events.

We may be able to accomodate a weekend delivery if organised in advance so please feel free to contact us to dicuss the options available.

Do you provide same day delivery?

We currently do not offer same day delivery. All orders are delivered on Fridays and must be placed by 6:00pm AEST on the Thursday before.

what if there is no one home?

In the event that there is no one at the nominated delivery address to receive the delivery our couriers are instructed to leave the order at the address and will do their best to leave it in a safe, protected area on the property or with a neighbour, however where possible we recommend a business address as the best option for delivery.

Orders with alcohol cannot be left unattended nor can they be left with anyone under 18 years of age. In the event that  the courier is unable to deliver the package to the nominated delivery address, it will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply.

If an order is left at the delivery address Succulento can not be held responsible for anything that may happen to the order once the courier has completed the delivery.

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

You will receive and email once your order has been dispatched and is onboard with the courier for delivery.

You will receive a second email to notify and confirm that your order has been successfully delivered.

Can I cancel or change my order once submitted?

To make any changes to your order once submitted you will need to contact us 24 hours prior to the dispatch date with the details.

If you wish to cancel your order a cancellation fee of $10 will apply.

Orders that have been created and packaged and/or onboard with our courier cannot be cancelled or changed.

How long can I expect my succulent to last?

This is ultimately dependant on you!

If you have followed the care instructions provided with your plant and via our website You can expect it to last from a few months to many years.
