We value our customers and want them to be 100% happy with their plant gift. Please inspect your gift as soon as possible when it is delivered. Although we take great care in crafting and checking our product prior to dispatch, if for any reason your gift has arrived damaged in transit or in substandard condition, email a photo to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with the order number, name and a brief description of the issue. To assist us in quality control it is our policy, if requested, to collect the original products.
All returns and refunds are handled on an individual basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Depending on the outcome Succulento would be happy to replace, refund or provide a store credit.
Succulento assumes all information provided by the customer at the time of purchase to be true and correct, and cannot be held responsible for any typos, incorrect entries or other inaccuracies therein. This includes, but is not limited to incorrect delivery addresses, recipient’s names and delivery dates.
